You Can’t Pop My Bubble!

That’s right. You are so powerful no one can mess with your mojo. You are in a good mood, and you will not allow anyone to mess with your wonderful day. You love yourself and won’t allow anyone’s fears consume you.

Lots of people are not so fortunate. They are quickly caught in the rat race that is fed from fears and insecurities. We all need to be more mindful in our days and having a “bubble” can create this opportunity.

Here are a few pointers to create your own bubbles.

What’s a Bubble?

A bubble is just a tool. It is a visual image that serves you in mindfulness and protection. It assists you in living in the moment of Zen.

Many have used the imagery of an actual bubble that surrounds to protect from bad energy. Some use the picture of a bright white light that surrounds their being. Some believe in Angels.

This is different from day dreaming or fantasy. This difference lies in the mindfulness needed to gather and center oneself regardless of the playfulness.

Bubble Activate!

When do you turn it on? Flip the switch when you need to be more present with your own emotions and thoughts. Be aware of when you start to feel anxiety, anger, and fear. Turn on your Bubble when you need to gather yourself and bring your mind, body and soul back to stasis.

When your parents are annoyingly arguing in the house, just turn on your bubble to find your peace. When you are being consumed by all the action and personalities of the day, take a moment to ground yourself. Find your center.

Anytime of the day when you are feeling opposite from calm, loving, and peaceful can be an opportunity to live in your Bubble.

Practice Blowing Bubbles

For your Bubble to provide you with the sanctuary your mind needs, you must practice. Practice imagining your Bubble when you have peace and clarity. Practicing while in good mental, physical, and spiritual health will allow greater ease in creating a strong Bubble.

While practicing, know that you are strong enough to overcome anyone else’s energy, emotions, and thoughts. No one will be able to upset your spiritual balance.

Start with small victories and then face full on fears. Take your time. There is no rush.

If you are already living in chaos, then don’t fret. It’s easy. Find a moment and create your Bubble. Do it now. It doesn’t matter who is around, or where you are. Just make it pop up in your imagination now.

And now there is a bubble.

I Want a New Bubble!

The Bubble is just an imaginary visual tool to help you be mindful and express true emotions. Like the Monk’d code, do what works for you!

Get off the daily roller coaster. Be grounded and centered. Be creative. Does it make you laugh? Feel strong? Peaceful?

Try these Bubbles on for size:

·       Try different colors, shapes, or types.
·       Visit favorite locale in the world.
·       Have mini ninjas swirl around to protect you.
·       Sit in the center of a whirlwind of light.
·       Put sea urchin spikes up to keep the negative thoughts away.
·       Become a superhero and let darkness bounce off you.
·       Bask in a heaven of clear, bright Light.

What is your Bubble like? Out of respect don’t be too crass!

My bubble is my family unit. The world is out there but in my house, with my family, nothing can get to me. Perhaps it’s a cop out, but it’s definitely true. I find peace in my husband and children…more than I had when I was alone.
